Customer service centre of “Rīgas satiksme” at Brīvības Street 384b will be temporarily closed for reconstruction as of June 1
"Rīgas satiksme" informs that as of June 1 customer service centre “Šmerlis” at Brīvības Street 384b will be closed for reconstruction.
The customer service centre will be repaired and provided with new equipment, for example, a queue machine, which it have not had so far.
Clients should take into account that it will not be possible to apply for e-tickets electronically and receive them, as well as to book a visit to the centre electronically until the centre is reopened after the reconstruction. After June 1, those e-tickets that were ordered at this centre, but were not received, will be issued in a nearby customer service centre of “Rīgas satiksme” at Brīvības Street 191, next to Gaisa Bridge.
One can get the status entitling to fare discounts, buy tickets and solve other issues related with the e-ticket in one of the six customer service centres of “Rīgas satiksme” located at Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. Their working hours: every working day from 9:00 until 19:00 (Brīvības Street 49/53 and Brīvības Street 191 – from 8:00 until 9:00), on Saturdays – from 10:00 until 16:00 (Brīvības Street 49/53 – from 10:00 until 15:00), Sundays – closed, except the customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1, which is open on Sundays from 10:00 till 16:00.
